3. Payment Terms

  • Refunds are subject to project completion status and agreement terms

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Client Ownership: Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables including custom code, designs, and content created specifically for their project.

WebsolServices Rights: We retain rights to our methodologies, frameworks, and any pre-existing intellectual property. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio.

Third-Party Licenses: Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary licenses for third-party software, plugins, or services integrated into their projects.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate project requirements, content, and materials in a timely manner
  • Grant necessary access to accounts, hosting, and third-party services
  • Respond to communication and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
  • Ensure all provided content is original or properly licensed
  • Make payments according to the agreed schedule
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations in their industry

7. Limitation of Liability

WebsolServices' total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Work completed will be billed and delivered according to milestone completion.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through mediation first, followed by binding arbitration if necessary. These terms are governed by applicable local laws.
